Default passenger door help

Ok so now that I registered, I hope I'm not posting in the wrong spot. I recently just got my SC300 and it had a few problems I found the solution to one already using the SEARCH feature. I can't find the other so I'm wondering if u guys can help my out. My passenger door won't open at all. Won't open from the inside or out. What do you think the problem might be. My Dad/Mechanic says it could be electrical. Any inquiries? Any help appreciated.

perhaps, at first i thought it would have been related to my windows not working, but then i read up on how to fix those. would i have to tear apart the door panel to fix for either solution?
