Default Need Clock Spring help ASAP

Hey guys well I have what may be a stupid problem but i am stuck. I am trying to put on my MOMO steering wheel and Splash hub. I am down to the clock spring but dont know what to do next/. How do i remove it so the hub sits flush? any ideas, suggestions or link please..

If you remove the clockspring you will have no horn, you need a hub that allows you to retain the clockspring.

The first hub I had was from a JZA80 and it fit but didn't allow the clockspring to fit so I had to hunt around to find one that worked.

thanks> any suggestions? but how will the steering wheel fit with the bulky yellow clock spring? what if i just wired in a new horn? will my turn signals work
