Emblems
They aren't glued on per se'. They have guide pins to fit into holes, and have an adhesive backing. Take an old credit card or a bondo putty knife and just slowly rock it back and forth under the emblem. You will feel it when you hit a pin, so just work around it. Once you get one emblem off, the others will seem so easy.

do a search. There have been numerous posts about removing emblems, but in short: heat the emblem up w/ a hair dryer, and then slide some dental floss behind it once the glue has gotten hot enough. Then after u have removed the emblem, get some sticker removal (that is safe on paint) and put on there to get rid of any of the sticky tape left.

I bought a new "Lexus" emblem in gold after someone tried to jack mine. The new gold didn't exactly match my 10 year old faded gold, so I have yet to put it on, and have since repaired the broken one. Let me know of your interested in a gold one.

Mine have no adheasive left on them for some reason (I guess they were removed by previous owner or something). They slide on and off quite easily. What should I use to re-stick em, so they don't fall off or get jacked too easily?

I'd use double sided automotive tape - used to hold on bumper pannels and emblems from the factory. Available at most automotive stores - 3-6$ a roll.
I wouldn't glue an emblem on - what happens when you need to buff the car or have some paint work done? The double sided tape holds strong.

May be an easy install, but visual aids will make it exponentially easier for others when it's their turn.
