Thanks man. Do you think if I post up photos of the suspension components on the car that it may help to solve this problem?

Ive had and I sell lots of swift and have NEVER seen a problem like that. Call and send them pics. Also iirc the koni yellows have adjustable lower spring perch.... if you didnt install it you might want to check it out.

the konis are on the lowest perch for both the front and the rear, which i think would explain why my butt is lower than cuonggs300. I feel like the rear is done correctly, just something funky about the front

I will get pics up tonight after work!

Dan,

Awesome car.. How much did it cost you? I picked up a low mileage '95 also in great shape.. It's not that great garnet red color, but it looks very nice. I'd post a picture if I could figure it out.. Looks like I have to have it on the internet somewhere and linked? Oh well.. BTW, you and I are neighbors.. I'm up in the Allentown/Bethlehem area.

What'd you plug the holes in the front bumper with?

Cost? We will just say I got a really good deal on it There was $5k in maintenance done to it right before my purchase so I couldn't pass it up.

Nice to see a fellow Pennsylvania SC owner. We can't let all of those Florida guys have all of the fun!

The holes were plugged with a small hole plug from a hardware store. They have a angled surface on the stem so that it locks into the threads of the holes (kind of hard to describe). If I can get one out I will snap a picture for you.

OK! I have a theory...I think that the front spring perch may be upside down?

Here is a photo of the front passenger assembly

If you look at how the spring perch is seated there (wide portion on top) and compare it to the rear (wide portion on bottom)

Rear:

I compared it to the stock shocks and both had the wide portion on the bottom much like my rear shock. Any ideas?

I will post the rest of the pics I have in the next post...

Here are the rest of my photos, all of the front right side...

(Notice the curvature of the spring in ^this pic) too much tension?

That could possible be part of your problem there. The perch needs to be reversed. Try that and it should make a difference.
