sc4 power steering pump?

Default sc4 power steering pump?

NEWB to club lexus and lexus in general!!

ok had this car for 2 days, started leaking psf, got under it with flash light and i see a bb size hole in the power steering pump and it constantly flowing out w the car off. and of course now i dont have ps, is this a drain plug hole? am i missing something? please help!

do you have a picture? i dont think there should be a drain plug? you should probably get a new power steering pump...

i was now told that pinhole is to let you know its bad lol

Its the weep hole. Its there to let you know when the bushings are going bad so you replace it before the bushing developes excessive play and locks up throwing the belt.

Just another sign to replace the whole pump =] or rebuild it... GOODLUCK! only took me a few hours to replace...
