Default Dome Light Doesn't turn off!!! Help!!

Hey, I'm having an issue with my dome light.

When I first got the car, I could lock it, and the dome light would dim and go out, like it's supposed to.

Now, I can close all doors, and lock it, and the dome light stays on. Worse than that, the lighted key ring stays on all the time. (i have since taken that out)

I also have a parasitic drain on the battery, and I think it's the trunk light (i have taken that out as well.)

Where should I look?

I need to get this working, as I don't want to have a pitch black car at night, and I would like my key ring light to work.

Thanks,
-Freddy

ok, I've narrowed it down to the integration relay. Who has a pinout of the integration relay?

I have a Service manual for a 95 Supra, anyone know if the integration relays are the same?

You sure it isnt the door sensors?

the dome light and the key ring should go out when I lock the doors, so I'm thinking it's the integration relay. I'll check it this week.

Yeah but if your door doesn't "know" it's closed, then they wouldn't go out.

is your car lowered? have your tires chewed through the wiring harness? that's one problem I had when I bought mine and once I fixed the wires, viola!

I doubt that's the issue, but I'll take a look. Driver's side, correct?

yes, it doesn't sound like the case with yours but it never hurts to check.

I checked, and everything seems fine, nothing was worn down at all.

i have two questions:

Does anyone know if the gauge cluster has anything to do with the integration relay?

Mine is completely rewired, and I'll be redoing the harness again to test for continuity and/or shorts in the harness, since my speedometer doesn't work.

ALSO,

Does anyone have the pinouts of the integration relay?

I know some of you guys have it in your factory service manuals.

Thanks,
-Freddy

actually, I'm in elizabeth, right next to hillside.

I cant drive the car now, waiting on a flange for the blow off valve, and a clutch. PM me your info, and we'll get together and see if we can work this out. if you need any work done, i've worked on this car for about a year, and do pretty much everything. Thanks again, man. I appreciate it!

My car's red, but I don't drive it around often. Would you happen to have access to toyota service manuals?

I work on my friend's evo, he lives down the street from you, drives a black evo with rogue motorsport on the side. he was a security guard for the lot across from the honda service dept. a while ago.
