Can i put SC400 inside wiring harness into SC300

Can i put SC400 inside wiring harness into SC300
car was stolen, and had all the tv screens or whatever ripped off. Would it be easier to get the wiring from an SC400? would it even work? thanks

i think easiest way would be to ask dealer for a part number check for the wire harnesses for both cars and if they the same number then both would work well thats the lazy way to check
