i say most likely you will need to have both fronts and rears flared to get these to fit. i have yet to try my friend's ccw rims on my car but i'm already rubbing the outside of my tt rim/stock tt tire size combo (and tt rims supposedly fit the supra perfectly =) ).

as for the 18/17 inch sizes, i would do exactly what you are doing as well. what most people don't understand is the higher the profile of the tire, the better you can put down power to the ground, all else being the same.

Called CCW today. The rear will fit, no problem. The fronts would poke too much.

So, I could run them, ..but I wont. Im considering just having a set made, now. Theyre $2450, new.

As far as the bolt pattern they fit.
As far as the backspacing they wont fit.
As far as wanting to move forward or turn... it wont happen.
And a supra is quite a bit different in the fender and coilover spacing area. I wouldent waste anymore time talking about those wheels, and i definetly wouldnt spend $2000 on used wheels no matter who makes them. If you just want to waste $2000 you can give it to me! :-)

iv talked too ccw about this issue also, i have the classics 18x9.5 18x11...

the wheels are supra fitment right? if so, the offset will be most probably be 50+ possibly higher offset, given that, the rear will fit fine, they will not stick out 2 inches as you mentioned earlier. as far as the front, hell no, they will will not fit, get the 25mm front fenders or modify them...i love the mean meaty look of wide tires just like the next guy, but my exp with my wheels were nothing but headaches...but after it was all said and done, i absolutely love the look, stance, etc...good luck bud

I've seen alot of high hp supra guys do smaller diameter wheels in back so they can have a taller sidewall. Helps with launching at the dragstrip. If you want these wheels to fit your gonna haf to modify your body roll/pull fenders. Not that big of a deal IMO. Make em fit they'll look good, can't wait to see pics!!
