Actually, any SC made from '95 to '00 all have "real" foglights.

Did you even know that the '92-'94 SC's had cornering lights instead of actual foglights when you initially bought the car? Other than that, I think you should've just gotten yourself a '95+ from the beggining to save yourself the trouble of modifying the lights...Because unlike that of a '92-'94 with "fake" modded headlights...a '95-'00 can turn their foglights on or off at will.

No, I didn't know all the weird little details of the SC300 when I first bought my car, lol. I've been learning since I bought it...but I like it overall so far
