I totally agree. I've been spending my afternoons slowly taking apart the old SC300. I've already painted most of the interior black, minus the seats and dashboard. I spent a pretty penny having my trim and 3 spoke steering wheel wrapped. I don't plan on letting it go to waste.

I've found that Sc400 listed earlier in this thread, If all goes well I should be picking it up next week. I've been doing a lot of drawing and brain storming, and do not quite know if I will be doing any performance mods to it though. I really dislike having an automatic vehicle, as this will be my second. My first one was only used for 2 weeks as I was waiting for my Sc300 to come into view.

I have a complete SC300 and 5 speed transmission with a new clutch and light flywheel. I don't want this to go to waste, but it seems pointless to remove the V8 and install the I6. I am open to suggestions and ideas.

I have the entire 5 speed setup from the wrecked SC300, I am thinking about doing that

My thoughts exactly. Or you can sell the drivetrain and use the money for more parts on the new car. Good luck.
