yeah man i was soooo close to just getting a clean 97+ but the ones i wanted kept getting bought before i could make a trip to get them so i found my 95 and figured i'd just mod it up with the extra $$$ if i would have found a clean 97+ it'd probably be stock right now lol

Nice job, it's great to see so many people really digging into these cars. I came from the Honda/Acura world too. Owned several Integras and Civics with some Bseries madness. Sold my last Integra and Legend GS to buy my current SC and haven't looked back.

omg did you roll your fender with a baseball bat? that doesnt look like its been done properly at all, i dont think a fender roller can do such damage.

yeah a eastwood was used, but there was bondo in the fender i didn't know about which is what cracked, bondo doesn't flex so i think that would have happened with a bat or a eastwood

Well, last night i drove my 1jz for the first time, the auto tranny was slipping a little, checked trans fluid it was fine, drove it around for a couple hours and now i'm pretty sure the trans is toast, it's not even driveable now.
Luckily the motor and turbo's seemed fine, held boost great, engine ran so smooth, ac, ps, cc all work great.

now i'm trying to decide between buy a used 1jz trans which are fairly cheap, or throw in my stock SC GE trans since it shifted great, is it worth it to even bother putting in the GE tran?

well's here a few pics of it from my first night out with it..

my favorite exterior shot.

wow dude, I like the new pictures. It's looking very good. Your headlights needs to be wetsanded and polished again though, I still see some yellowing. That'll make it look really new, I just did that to mine's.
