some idiot guy backed up into my car just when i was leaving safeway. he hit my car and still kept trying to back up and then he tried to say it was my fault. I guess safeway isnt so safe anymore...

Looks like someone backed into the intrepid behind you too. Must've been the same guy! Hate to make fun of your situation, but your line "safeway isn't so safe" is pretty funny.

The damage doesn't look very extensive so thats good. As the other guys have said, its a good thing its not the quarter panel.

Also, I think insurance will be on your side, because the back part of his car hit the side of yours. To insurance companies that translates to you already being there for a fair amount of time, and he was just not very bright and backed into you when you were already there, so the fault is not on you.

That sucks! Hopefully you get the money out of the guy. I got bopped in the front of my SC yesterday in a parking lot too. My car was parked and some clown figured that he or she was in the spot when they tap my front. Just spider webbed the paint by the drivers headlight but still left a little flat spot.

i just went to 2 body shops and they said the estimated total was $1966

he said he wants to pay cash but im thinkin he might just go with the insurance sing its almost $2k
