cleaned headlights and sylvania silverstar ultra 2
i cleaned up my headlights a bit. first i put autobody masking tape around the lights to make sure i didnt scratch the paint. next i sanded the lights with 1500 grit sandpaper, then 2000 grit. then i polished them with meguiar's plastx with a polishing pad attachment for my drill. they are not as perfect and brand new headlights but they do look very good. i might polish them again in the morning. overall i am happy with the results, it was definately worth the time and $20 in supplies.
i also replaced the old sylvania 51watt hb4 light bulbs with sylvania 55watt silverstar ultra 2's. i got the su2's off of ebay for $27 shipped. this only made a slight difference.
