Is it just me or does anyone elses fogs shoot towards the side? Although it doesnt seem right, i kinda like it.

Those are not fogs they are turn signal indicators, you have a SC before 97 all of them were like that

92-94 cornering lights
95-96 Fogs
97+ Round fogs

The 92-96 look a like but are not an exact fit.
If you don't have a foglight switch on your steering column you do not have fogs (unless someone went out of their way to install it and connect it correctly).

Previous owner did the same mod most other 92-94 guys did. They either wired it to the side markers or the city lights.

my 92 has the same mod...they are hella bright and can be seen 1 lane over ea side. and i also did the hid what k lights you running 8k?

mine point to the side as well.but not as much as yours. i think they are meant to because I opened them up to do the bonnet modification and the reflective sheild is shorter on the outside wall and longer on the inside wall. what year is your car? if they are 95-96 if you look through the vent beside the foglight you should see a 8mm nut. that is used to adjust the the aiming, to adjust them forward I beleive you will need to go clockwise.
