I'm having the same problem but an alignment did not fix the problem. I also noticed the wheel being way off center sometimes while going straight but dead on at other times. I have rack bushings on the way. I have a feeling that'll take care of it
If you got an alignment and your steering wheel keeps moving, that is an indicator of worn bushings. Put them on and update us to tell us if it solved the problem.
