I installed the new Halo Projector Headlights purchased on Ebay for my SC400. I had to splice the wires going to the parking lights to get the halos to work. After I was finished I wasn't able to tilt my steering(it was making a griding noise) although it telescopes. And also the memory buttons aren't working as well. Do you think I need to reset something or did I blow a fuse?

Your tilt all of a sudden may just be a coincidence. If it grinds try this https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-1st-gen-1992-2000/49783-tilt-steering-repair.html . Not sure about the memory buttons I'd suggest checking the fuse related to that to see, It should be in the Owners Manual for exact location of fuse.
