I received my Intrepid fogs yesterday, and they don't fit a factory 97 front bumper fitted to my 92 Soarer GTL (2.5 turbo). I had to perform major sugery to get them even close (used a Dremel to cut off the black plastic lip and the 'vanes' running from the lip to the rear of the light), and even then they don't fit on the driver's side due to the factory intercooler.

I'll have another look tonight, but I may have to do some transplant surgery and use the Intrepid lense with the 92 soarer turning light shell....

hopefully someone will try a non turbo car. I think they will work. My bumber of course, is not stock. I still cut the black lip off the lights (just for asthetics), but I didn't HAVE to.

They should fit with the ring off on the USDM OEM bumper. The intercooler and extra stuff on the foreign jobs get in the way.

It was a little hard getting them in mine, but They look sooo good on my car. My girlfriend (who knows NOTHING about cars — I had a 409 whp turbo 3000gt and someone asked her about my car and all she said was "It's blue") says they make the car look modern. . . up to date.

Fo sho.

Friends can't really tell the difference and from a normal picture taking standpoint, no one really else can. People that say OEM is best have money to spend on that stuff.

Personally, if it looks good and does the job, its just as good.

Has anybody been able to confirm if these will fit the 97+ OEM front bumper?

Finally got them in. It took a lot of trimming on the fog light, and a tiny bit on the bumper. Not bad for 100 bucks.
