Ooooh oooh ooooh! I have a '98!

The '99s and '00s are prolly out of the socio-economic price range of the majority of the forum....anybody who can afford a '99 or '00 would prolly end up getting a GS instead. Same power, newer appearance and features.

Black94RX-7TT:
Yes, that fact along with these others....

My dealers in this area have told me that in 1999 and 2000 there were very few SC400's sold. I suspect the number here in my state of CT was under 25 in total per year. The car became very expensive.

Those that were sold are either still under lease or the drivers are not willing to part with them. As a result, very few are hitting the used car market. The dealer closest to me in New Haven, said that he remembers less than a handfull of 2000's being sold if that. The market was waiting for the SC430 which killed sales of the 400.

I saw a guy today with a 2000 for sale. It had a few dents but otherwise looked pretty good. It also had the SC430 rims on it. It was parked in a lot by the mall in my town. It was black and had the original sticker on it, $62,340!!!! That is crazy!! I feel like I am big pimping now!!!

Mines a 93, and I've got a 95 on hold right now.

Yes, I'm thinking of just going ahead and getting the second one....so I can just haul *** on the mods for this one. I'll get to 1000hp faster that way.

In other words, I finally found a good job.
