Im also looking to minimize camber in the rear (because buying tires isn't cheap lol). also any guidance in spacers for a more flush appearance would be greatly appreciated. Im also lowered on a set of Tein Springs and KYB reds if thats important. Thanks in advance!

For drivability, I would keep the 245/35 in front. 245 wide tires on a 10" wheel is slightly stretched, and you may run a wider tire in the rear such as 275/30, but that wont help you on price. To extend the life of your tires, I know they're expensive, get a 4 wheel alignment. And a 10 to 15 mm spacer would be good.

Also being in socal is it realistic to get a max perf summer tire for year round or should i go for UHP all season?

Thanks CL!
That 10" wheel will be able to take any one of those tire sizes. Depending on how low you are, you will need to roll your fenders the wider the tires you go.

Hi Sunny416.

I got the rims and tires used. It is 225 front and 245 rear. I really dont want to do any fender mod, since I like everything on the car to be OEM as much as possible (although, I may want to lower it a bit some day on some coilover).

So if these rims and tires works without any mod, that would we awesome.

Hello from England!

This is my 1JZ Toyota Soarer drift car. (please excuse the fact that it isn't painted yet)
Sorry for the crappy cell phone pictures

Lowered on HSD MonoPro Coilovers
Rears are as low as they go
Fronts are about 15mm from bottom
I have ordered adjustable rear camber and toe arms to get rid of all the camber and have the lips flush with the arches. Front camber is staying as it is.
All arches are rolled flat but still need to be pulled to fit properly.

Wheels are Work Rezax-1s with aftermarket wider dishes.
Wheel specs are:
Front - 18x10.5J ET0 (ET20 with 20mm spacer)
3.5" Lips with 235/35/18 Tyres

Rear - 18x11.5J ET20
4" Lips with 255/35/18 Tyres

Hey guys,

I want to run 18x8.5 +32 and 18x10.5 +22 with a drop that won't rub. What size tires should I get?

Since you didn't actually get an answer on your other thread, I'll help ya out.

You've got some room to play since the offsets are fairly mild so depending on if you like more meat or a stretched and slammed look?? If it were me, I like grip with a mild drop so I would go 225/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear. You can def go down in sidewall if you plan to go lower but that's a start.

Thanks. The wheels came in yesterday and I guess I got the wrong offset because the front is +18 instead of +32. Anyways, thanks for your help bro. I'm on the way to the tire Shop now.

Meh, you'll like the +18 much better with the 8.5" wheel anyway.
