Hey whats up CL.. I see everyone has different fitment specs for wheels and such. I was wondering whats the best wheels size to go on a sc400 and what coilovers are best and worth the money.

I would pass on the stock ISF wheels on an SC. I tried mine once just to see. Tires are way too tall and offsets are weak lol.

I'm on 18x10 +25 square setup and I'm running a 225 40 r18 tire all around (they were on the wheels when I got them). I'm wanting some more meat any suggestions on new sizes. My fenders are rolled flat. I can post pictures for reference if needed thanks

Very helpful, thread. Got my SC sitting right and ended up selling it right after I got it standing right. Had to upgrade to a GS for more room

I pretty new here on the CL forums... And pretty new to the whole "hella flush" thing... I mean I love how cars sit when everything is flushed out, but I've always been a function type guy coming from the drift scene... But anyways..
Quick question.. Ive been reading through this thread, and I've been reading about some members "relocating some wires" when the lower their SC... What does that mean and how is it done?
I've noticed on my SC that after I traded my brother for the car, there are some wires on the inside of the front driver side fender that seemed to be slightly visible. Are those the wires everyone's talking about?

That's the wires Miles. If you have a good back, get under the drivers side kick panel behind the carpet. You will need to unplug 4 harness plugs. It's not a hard job, just easier if you have tiny hands. Search the forum and there are instructions on relocating the harness. Without needing to cut wires too.

Above the left front splash guard you'll see the main engine harness; above the right front splash guard you'll see the airbag sensor harness. Both of these need to be rerouted through the engine bay as opposed to their stock locations - but only if you lower your car beyond the standard spring and shock combo.
