Car will sit on a quite low stance that rear wheels won't poke too much.
Front tires will be Nankang NS-2 225/40R18. I will add a 20mm spacer to front.

Question is: What size rear tires? I think 235/40R18. But is 245/40 enough? I want minimal stretch and I wouldn't like to add camber. Fenders are already rolled, but not flat though. I have a new paint so i wont pull the fenders.
Wheel plan changed again and this wheels are not sold out and they will be shipped tomorrow!

Rota GTR-D 18x9.5 ET25 with 5mm spacers and 18x10 ET35 with 20mm bolt on spacer. Color silver.

Front tires Nankang NS-2 225/40R18 88W.
Rear tires Linglong L688 245/40 R18 97W XL BSW

Are original wheel studs too short with 5mm spacer?

Are the Ultralite Nurburgring replica wheels?

I think that multispoke style is quite "universal" so it's not really a replica of any wheel. There isn't any famous wheel that looks the same. As far as i know...
Work VS-XX is the only wheel that comes to my mind of Nurburgring. Both has no steplip, but VS-XX has more spokes (8 vs 10).

Anyone know the off sets for XXR 521's? All they have on the site is the sizes like 8.5 mid 8.5 high..no idea what that is...

But wanting to run 18x8.5 in the front and an 18x10 in the back...235/40 up front and 255/35 in the back...will this fit? If i need to how much will i need to roll the fenders?

How would this fit and what tires to use?

18x8.5 +30 F thinking 235/40

18x10 +25 R thinking 255/35

how much roll would i need and maybe just the rears rolled?

^, 245/40's up front would be no problem on factory fenders, depends on your overall drop.
You could get away with a 275/35 in the rear, roll the rears as flat as possible or consider an aggressive cut.

Decided to go with
18x9.5 +12 225/40 F 18x10.5 +15 245/35 R

Gonna roll all 4 fenders...and its at stock height for now..anyone see this as being a problem?

Anyone happen to have a picture of a 245/40/18 on a 10.5 inch rim? I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find it even in this thread or on tyrestretch.com

thanks

edit: oops, did some more searching and finally found it, just in case anyone else wants to know what it looks like:
