I know your diameter is 19in but section width will be section width.
If you have issues clearing the fender lip then you will need to do the stretch the tire look...this is dependent on how low you are also.
Stock height... I went to go tire shopping and one of the experts told me to go 285/35/19 on the rear and 255/35/19 in the front... it looks a lil to meaty, but i don't think i really mind it... he gave me a good deal too... don't know if there's gonna be rubbing issues tho.. offsets in the front are 20 and 25 in the rear.

NEED AN IMMEDIATE ANSWER pleaseeee:

18x10 + 15 offset up front. What tire size to clear rolled front fenders??????? I'm scared to run a 225 on a 10" wheel, because a 225 on a 9.5" wheel was as stretched as I'd wanna go....

You're probably going to have to run a 225 up front to go low. Use a Federal tire, they run wide.

EDIT: Check this out, 18x10 +15- 255/35. Not dumped though.

Borrowed my brother's Supra MKIV wheels

CL Member Name: MGa
Rim Brand and Type: Advan MODEL5
Rim Size f/r: F:19x9 R:19x10
Rim Offset f/r: F:+35 R:+45
Tire Size f/r: F:225/35/19 R:285/30/19
Suspension Setup: Stock
Comment On Ride: stiffer than stock tires, wheels look awesome
Needs lowering and more stiffer suspension
Fender Modifications: None at the moment, rubbed in the back when hitting bumbs Fronts clear without any modification.
Any other comments: I think it would fit nice with a 235/35-19 and 275/30-19 tires even without fender mods
