oh thanks!! haha... i ve stated in the post..

got a JIC magic bodykit, and i bought some shiny tinkle bell stuff from california, waiting for paint booth appointment.

it looks butt ugly now and i dont drive it around yet,
but only to test, to adjust suspension from scraps, fender rolling, bumps etc..
before i do some body work and paint.

Um, thats gonna be pretty tight with rolled fenders...

and, there's no guarantee they are going to fit over the brakes either - that has more to do with wheel design than anything... the rear is a little tall... typically on a SC, you'd wanna go 265/30 or 275/30...

Yes it is dirty and yes it needs lowered, and a front lip, I agree. Lowering will come this witer along with a host of other things.

The FR500's should fit well with a 18x9 in the front and a 18x10 in the rear.

They would fit, but they would both look very sunken in. Far from flush.

What about using the first set with some spacers? And how would the handling be?

Are you going to run the FR500 wheels on your SC?
I am looking at something similiar also with these sizes...basically same as yours.
The wheels are 18x9 with a 5.95" backspace (+24mm offset) and 18x10 with a 6.42" backspace (+22mm offset).
The wheels are 18x9 with a 6.2" backspace (+30mm offset) and 18x10 with a 7" backspace (+40mm offset).
Out of the two listed, which would fit better?

So can we pretty much agree they will fit with trimmed fenders front and rear being lowered with coilovers?

Can I get some recommendations on tire sizes for my wheel setup?
I have 17x9.5 +15 all around and my car is lowered close to 2". I was thinking of going with a Federal 595 tire- 235/40 on the front and 255/40 in the rear. How does this tire setup sound?

Well how wide are the rims themselves? Judging by the size of the tire you still wouldn't be sitting flush even with a 25mm spacer I'm guessing though.

The first set will fit pretty flush on coils, depending on how low you drop it and how much camber you're running. Probably will need to cut the rears and roll the fronts a little.

Thanks Justin.
I dont like to run alot camber if not needed honestly. The car will receive a GTE transfer down the road and make about 950WHP at minimum.
How would the 2nd set of wheels sit? I will be running some Buddy Club coilovers and plan on cutting the rear fenders, and do what I need to to accomodate the fronts.

The second set would be weak sauce, honestly. I would definitely go for the first. Maybe even add spacers with the first set for complete flushness but I would suggest seeing how they sit with the coils lowered where you want them first. You may need a slight roll in the front, as you can't really cut them due to the shape of the fender.

OK
I am wanting the car to sit similiar to my old Supra. The wheels were basically flush with the car.

I dont think the 18x9 with 24mm and 18x10 with 22mm will work on my SC300.
We tested fitted a set of Enkei RPF1's in 18x10 with 38offset and it was pretty much flush with the rear fender. We added in a 10mm spacer and it put the wheel way outside. The 10mm would make the offset 28mm and that is not close to the 22mm with the wheels I was going to buy. I think the 2nd set of wheels will work better for ease of fitment.

18x8 +35 all around? Maybe a spacer in the rear. Or 18x9 in the rear wit 35 offset? They are hp evos. Any links? Wondering what to expect lookand flushness wise.
