Since most of you are having nice fitments with the wheels and bigger brakes, I need your inputs quick to make the decision. I'm looking into a set of wheels and tires that have 8.5" (245/35/19) front and 9.5" (275/30/19) rear. The offset for both front and rear is +35. The seller says the wheels have high disk spokes and are for Supra also. I'm also running the LS calipers so I'm not sure if these front wheels will fit the LS calipers. I think the stock SC has +50 offset so +35 offset will yield enough clearance. If they fit the Supra so I think they'll fit Supra TT calipers and the LS calipers as well.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

i cut out the metal lip within the drivers front wheel well, kind of cut it out like an upward c-notch (for anyone with a mini truck background). i tucked the wiring harness in there, zip tied it up tight, then put some roof sheeting inside and screwed that in, to protect the inside of the fender and the wiring harness from the elements. i'm running Ruff Racing wheels, 18x8.5 front and rear with no spacers, and looking to bolt up 18x10s in the rear with 275/35/18s(the pics are of my older 19x8.5 rims, i've dropped to 18s for a better choice of tire fitment). my HP Racing 18x10 off of my 300Z bolts up fine in the rear, so i know they'll fit even with my 4 inch drop.

Steve, offset isn't the only consideration for caliper clearance.

My old Lexus SC430 rims with a +45 offset wouldn't clear the Supra TT calipers but the Work's with a +30 clear fine.

You will need to check with the manufacturers.

i picked up some rims from a member here. the front wheel is 19x8.5 with +37 offset and rear 19x9.5 w/ +43 offset. im a bit lost with finding a correct size spacer for the front and back. im going for a "flush" look, so if i put a 5mm (w 225/19 tires) spacer in front and a 25mm spacer in the rear ( w 245/19 tires) will that give me that look? or will it stick way out?

I would go for a 15mm in the front, 5mm will leave it too sunken.

I would also look to run a wider rear tire as well, a 265 will easily work on a 9.5 rim.

265? even with a 25mm spacer? +43 offset in the rear is a little sunken for my taste. im hoping w/ the spacer i can run narrower tires and get a more aggressive look?

IMHO a 245 on a 9.5 rim is too much of a stretch but if that's the look you are going for then do it. I am running a 265 on a 10 and it's borderline for me.

If you roll the guards flat then there should be no problems running that setup in the rear.

Personally I would choose tires first that fit the rims and give you the look you are after then fit the rims up and do some measurements to see what will work.

I'm running 19x8.5 with +35 offset in the front with 8mm spacer and I think it looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of extremely aggressive front wheel fitment though. 15 would most likely stick out a bit i think. You can definitely put 245 on a 9.5 rim though... and I think 25mm spacers in the rear would look flush with those rims.

My rear fenders are rolled for my previous set of wheels. i just hope the rear spacers wont give me an uneven look to the car where the rear wheel is to the fender and the front is way in there.

Front 18 x 9" - 24mm / Rear 18 x 10" - 22mm

with 245/40's up front and 265/35's in the rear


or would i be better off using 18x9's all the way around
with differnt size front and rear tires??


my other choice was
Front 17 x 9 - 24mm / Rear 17 x 10.5 - 27

i know alot of people hate 17's but i have 17" g35 wheels on my car now with it lowered on a stock 95 body i think they look pretty good.


my cars pretty low so i'm guessing i'll have to roll the fenders as well.
