And how is recommending a 265 on a 9.5" rim considered stretching?

Please don't start with the comments on aggressive wheel fitment, no one talks about your staggered 18" and 19" TSW's
couple things... BFG actually recommends 285's for a 9.5" wheel, per their own spec sheet... I never said 265's on 9.5" was stretching, but why not go with the wider tire that still fits just fine...

my 275's clear the fenders (rolled) just fine... one of these days, I'll do a 10" forged wheel with 285's... what I just can't stand is wheels that stick outside of the edge of the car...

you'll have to excuse the filth (I have friends in town, and partying in vegas takes up all my time lately), but here are some pics of my 275/30-19's on 9.5" wheels with a +35 offset... I also just ran outside to take these with my phone...

maybe it's just me wanting to go with a performance aspect and look nice rather than stick the wheels out, put a narrow tire on, and hurt performance... (yes, stretched tires do hurt performance over a non-stretched tire)

as far as my staggered 18's / 19's, give me one thing wrong with that fitment??? nothing rubs, everything is very close to stock diameters, and the suspension, although 1.6" lower, is set to a good balance between performance and drivability...

Anybody running this wheel spec? I read that +38 on 10" in the rear is the max. Since This is only 9.5 but with +35 offset, would this work?

Size: 2 Front Rims are 19X8.5 about 2" Lip.
Size: 2 Rear Rims are 19X9.5 about 3" Lip.
Bolt Pattern: 5X4.5 (114.3) and 5X4.75
Offset: +35mm

I think it is pretty much well known that it all depends how low you want to go and what kind of tires you will be mounting..come on man. If you want help, you gotta give all the info.

But generally..yes it will work..you might need a mild roll.

Is it just me or is everybody else tired of giving fitment advice to 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 +35-38

Come on...80% of SC's are running this fitment...just search.

TT rims are 17x8 and 17x9.5.

225/45 & 255/40 are also the same height/diameter on TT's, am i right?

Seriously all the "generic"/ebay/mass produced cheapie staggered wheels usually come in the 35-38 offset and if you plan on running 265 and above lowered with a 18x9.5 or 19x9.5 be prepared to roll or cut.

for now, no... click the pic in my sig, with my sub in there, the car is level, and the rears as low as the front (i've been hauling friends around vegas the past week, so I needed the trunk space)...

anyways, someday, hopefully soon, I'll be doing the 1jz swap, and maybe at that time do coilovers too... it's hard to justify though, the car looks good the way it is, it's a very comfortable ride, and it handles just awesome...

255/40-17 is a tad taller...

exact same height would be 225/45-17 and 245/40-17

those sizes are pretty small for our cars though... about 3/4" shorter than stock...
