To get the same fitment as your 18x10.5 you would need a 11.5 +43. The outer lip will be the same distance from the fender, so hopefully that will be enough to compensate for the added thickness of a 315. A 315 on a 11.5 will bulge more than a 285 on a 10.5.
Ended up ordering my wheels. Went with a 18x11.5 +38 and 18x10 +25. We'll see how it looks in about 3 months lol .

They would have to be custom made. Adapters like that are usually made to be universal, so contact a vendor that already sells the adapters and let them know you want it made to a 60.1 bore. Or the easier way is use hub rings on the inside and outside of the adapter.

It'll look good. I would recommend going with the 305. i have my doubts about a 315 fitting with those offsets.

Remember to post pictures once your car is all setup.

So I'm trying to get Varrstoen es6 wheels and was looking at the 19x9.5 +12 and 19x11 +25 but I'm unsure of how they'll fit. All my fenders are rolled and I have ls400 brakes up front. Pic of my car right now just because lol

This should help you. He's running a 235/35/19 in the front and 265/30/19 in the rear.

Info from here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...5-22-only.html

Picked up some XXR 527s the other day, nice easy fitment and planning to throw some spacers on soon. Will likely run this for now during the winter and might go wider once I can trust the roads a bit more, minimal fender rolling

F: 18x8 +35 225/18/40
R: 18x8 +20 235/18/40

do you guys think F 18x9.5 +15 (R disk) R 18x11.5 +26 (O disk) setup would work on ls400 bbk up front and stock caliper in the back?

R disk would fit just fine in front-it's intended for a BBK:

Does anyone have any opinions on Monte Titano rims?

There are some 19x8 MT7 Ventoso with Pirelli Cinturato P7 235/40/19's locally available
Pics show them new, mounted and balanced, never used
Edit: he gave the the offset - 55mm (?) won't they be set in somewhat?

I think they would be gorgeous on my white 93 SC400
