Hey if they say it can happen than they are responsible for fitment. Let me know how they fit. If they do then I can go to 13 inch wide rears

what is the widest rear wheel and tire that will for sure fit. Rolling is ok, pulling is no, but it will be lowered on 19". maybe 10.5 with 285 tire?

the rears should not rub in that size, however, it is a large diameter for the car... about an inch too big or so actually... fronts, are wayyyyyyy too big though without fender mods if they are that same size...

I am pretty sure no matter what you do, short of serious fender modification, the fronts are still going to rub...

245/40-18 is what should be up there...

and then, 275/35-18 for the rear is more of a proper application....

perfect fitment. youll just need a shave/roll all around, no pulling. and i suggest you go down a size for the tires - 235/35F 265/30R in a tire that stretches more than others (ex falken st115)

what about the front cambering? does that have anything to do with the tires? because the car is not lowered. I called Just Tires for a quote they said it would be $114 for r-l camber bolts. is that the same as a camber kit?

simply changing tires will not change the camber...

unless extreme lowering, you will not need anything special to adjust camber with our cars, just have it aligned...

I'm looking into getting wheels for a '92. I would like the same size wheel/tire all around for ease of maintenance. I'm not going to make tons of power, and I'm not looking to spend gobs of money on it. I want as flush as possible, and am willing to use small spacers to move a pair of wheels out to sit with the fender. Just looking for clean, not too aggressive. Here's the setup I'm looking at:

18x8.5 or 18x9 wheels
245/40 or 255/40 tires

What sort of offset would I need to make these flush with the fenders/quarters? I saw a setup with 18x10 +30 that looked awesome, but I looked at tire prices and reconsidered, lol!

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: one more question...what size spacers would I need to sit the stock wheels flush when they're on during the winter?

Thanks!

those tires are too big. and it doesnt look like there is any camber in the front.. at all. if your tires are wearing unevenly then you need an alignment. who told you that you have camber problems?
