PR-SC400

Can this unit be replaced with a newer model not waisting all the features that the old Motorola had (through stereo speakers conversation, etc)?
My cellphone antenna broke just days ago and I don't know if I should replace it or just clean the area including everything that has to do with the phone system!!! Like to gain more storage area between the front seats (center console!).
I really don't know if this has been brought before which I really think, so any address to get to those old threads will be appreciated.
