My driver's window doesn't go all the way to the top, it stops maybe 1/4 of the inch lower than it should (passanger's window)
Also it runs slow and makes noise , usually when i'm closing it.
Can i adjust something to go window all the way to the top?

someone may have installed a different year regulator into your car.
