Hoods are a great topic esp. c.f., when I click on the seibon dist. at top of webpage, I get nowhere.MVP Motorsports or something like that.

 

O K so I typed in the address for MVPmotorsports, which did not list a c.f. hood on their webpage, but I e-mailed them about it anyway.

 

MVP ,C.F trunk for 640.00 hood for 680.00 approx. Siebon.

 

dont matter if its jun or not. its still butt ugly imo. f you wanted a vented carbon hood, go with varis or the karmotion hood. way better quality

 

That's not a JUN hood, it's the supra jun vents copied to the sc.. Jun never made a hood for the SC, and JUN has white fiberglass, and stamps jun on the inside of their parts, the company that told you it was original was lying to you, I don't know how you can trust them that it fits, or even trust them with your credit card # for that matter. Also jun hoods don't have that flare, that is a BN sports copied flare.

I do like the flare design though.

That hood from import fan was made asa custom order for club lexus group buy back in 2001! There were 2 hoods made and the mold was made from a original SChood then the flares were worked into it!! The fitment should be spot on probably like many other CF parts we will need to do some sanding and stuff to make them fit well! I personal like the hood with the single reverse vent that looks like the varis hood but dosent have that ugley lip were the vent goes in.
