Default Idle problems

I was driving hoime last night (92 sc300 5 spd) when i dropped it in 3rd for a slwer turn I felt the car buck a bit under light throttle. When I came to my turn and depressed the clutch the car died. Started it back up but it immediatly died. Fired it back up giving it a little throttle and it stays on. After reading about different things on here I figured that it might be a hot start FP ECU problem. So I fired it back up this morning while it is cold and it does the same thing. Starts fine but just dies. It revs smoothly and doesn't seem to hesitate it just won't hold an idle, unless I give it some gas.
Any suggestions? IAC?

Make sure all the plugs on the throttle body are clean, and on tight.
Check any vacuum lines...

Same here but it drives really rough sometimes and a cloud white smoke comes out. Some peeps say it's the head gasket, in otherwords sell or junk the car.....or drop ina bunch of $ in a bottomless pit
