You know 400whp at the wheels is going to make any SC fast as hell..

That car must break loose on you once the turbo fully kicks in first or second gear, maybe even third.....Right or wrong? I break loose in second with an LSD, fat rear grippy tires, T.C. and I am just pushing a little over 300whp...First gear I can't grip at all under full throttle while riding the juice....Smoke screen is what I get...

400whp is a good amount of power for the SC, I can only imagine....

PS. You may want to consider some drilled and slotted rotors to help you with braking power...It sounds like you may need it.....

With 315 drag radials on the back it holds pretty well in 3rd gear, the first two.... I think im gonna make the car TTC and get rid of the sequential system to make the power more linear instead of a random rocket. I want to replace all the bushings and possibly get some stiffer bushings for the rear so i can eliminate the wheel hop. When i get a tune and turn up the boost, i expect to be around 450rwhp. It does have Supra TT brakes and a TT 6pd rear.

Nice beast. Can't get any better than a boosted PDW SC.

RWHP can be tricky in several ways. #1 you have the type of dyno used to measure the power, #2 you have power delivery. A car with 400 peak rwhp @ 4500rpm and 300 rwhp @ 7000rpm will be slower than a car with 350rwhp from 4500-up. The one thing i've learned from my time in japan is do not get caught up in the numbers game. I've seen 400hp cars here that would beat 600+ hp cars in the states. It's a weird thing. My soarer only has 455hp, but i've beat 500+ hp cars that are lighter...

i think a lot of people in the states really get hang up on how much power a car is putting out instead of power delivery. to be honest i think the SUPRA crowd is probably one of the wrost at it. you do see a lot of 800,900,1100hp supra out here.

oh btw jarrett can you send me some hi rez pic so i can use for a background. thanks bro. awesom CCW's. did you have to shaved and pull the fenders to fit those beast?

lol yeah the supra guys get into the whole power thing like crazy now. Not many are interested in what i call "useable" power. We have a joke about supra's. "What's the difference between a 500hp and a 1000hp supra? Their trap speed."
