What's the difference in a Lexus with a back name of SC300 and
another with 300SC ?? I saw one in the parking lot and just wondering.

92-00 SC300 with no sunroof does exist. I've seen one sold at a Lexus dealer while back. I was surprised especially being a 2000 year model. Now that I'm in a market for a 99-00 SC300 pearl white, I regret not jumping on it back then because it was 2000 in pearl white with no sunroof. That would be a great candidate for the 2JZ-GTE motor swap.

Yes, it was 2000 Lexus SC300 in pearl white. I saw the pictures but wasn't sure so I went to see it in person since it was close to where I live and work. Sure it was a hardtop model. I was like, Wow, Lexus made a rare model without sunroof on their very last year model? That was crazy, but I got to witnessed myself to believe it.
