I happened to look in auto trader and there it was, second day of searching and it was perfect. 1993 SC300 5speed with only 57k, yes only 57k! The previous owner only drove it on the weekends.

I am originally a 240 fan and still am. Mine was sitting at a very small car lot right by my apartment, back when I lived in Omaha, Nebraska. Got a clean 5-speed with 112,000 for $6,900. Never had a problem with it, knock on wood.

Found mine by accident as well......was looking for another Turbo MR2, still might be if anyone has a clean one. The SC was at a local dealership here in Columbus. A clean '92 auto with 138k for about $4600 after negotiations. These things seem to be extra expensive in this area, so I was happy with the price after comparing to others in the local market. I dont how the price compares to other markets though.

My first one was on a car lot I was looking around at. I was tired of my 4wd Yukon (black on black with push bar- slick ride I wish I still had) and I walked over and decided to drive the SC on the lot.

My very first though was "damn this thing is plain on the inside" all I could see is vanilla colored interior for miles and miles broken up by a single wood strip. I thought it was boring and a bit too plain. When I looked at it from the front I though it was the sexiest thing on the road, but from the back I thought it was very square looking dead on at the rear because the body doesn't flare out a lot. I almost passed it up, but after the drive I thought it had enough power and was comfortable and said "why not". 4 yrs later I still have it. Oct 8th will be 4 yrs.

Still love it, more now than ever. Every bit as much as my new ride https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=240533

Love it so much I bought two https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=157772 Second one was no mistake..... went looking for another one to add to the driveway and bought it right up.
