I think it depends on if you get a real vertex kit or a knockoff kit. The real kit will be made to factory specs so it will fit. I think you might have to do some modification to the bumper to make the housing fit if you have a knockoff.

I've got a '92 SC400 with an authentic full Vertex kit, and I know that the front bumper uses the 97+ fog lights and that they bolt up just like factory. I just had to wire up the 97+ fogs so they'd actually work.

By the time I get a SC 400 they won't make body kits for it anymore...

Do these companies make the body kits on order or what? I think that's the way it is with the Auto Couture kit, but how about the T&E Vertex kit?

I ordered it through SpeedAlliance.com, they are the American distributer of Vertex, it cost a lot and it took a LONG time (6 months) to get here. But it was well worth it. It fits almost exactly like OEM. Usually the Vertex kits are made to order.

well, so far, it seems like pieces for SC/Soarer is made once order is placed. I was told that mine will be on their late september shipment, but we will see what happens.

Polkautio, what kit did you get? lip, full bumper or widebody?

I ordered the Full Front Bumper, Full Rear Bumper, Side Skirts, Aero Fenders, and Clear Sidemarkers. Mine took soooooooo long because of a materials shortage in Japan, Falken needed their sponshorship fulfilled by Vertex (last minute), and of course all the other "little" things that pop up, plus customs. I'm not sure if the Vertex Ridge kit (widebody) is available in the US yet. But I haven't checked on that, just guessing. Check with speedalliance on availibility. I'm not too big on widebody kit's for the SC/Soarer. The Vertex Ridge kit is my favorite though. Now give me an NSX with a JGTC style widebody and I will be your eternal slave. As long as the fitment is good.
