Default To bling or not to bling...that is the question

I will be dong a LS400 front brake swap here very soon. I got a set of calipers from aliga last week. I am in the process of cleaning them up. I started to work on them when I had an idea. I wondered what Polished calipers would look like on the car. Has anyone done polished calipers? I have one of them painted red and the other half way through the polishing process. I was also thining of doing the calipers black.

So what does CL think?

Here is a pic:

You know what a stock car with red brakes looks like?

A stock car with red brakes.

The blacker the better.

His car isn't stock...it has a modified injen intake!!

Be careful with the polish job, it might rust on you...

I had a set of Supra TT calipers polished front and rear, I'll see if I can find any pictures...

I prefer black, unpolished.

Either black or titanium are my thoughts. If you do the red, you have to put the Lexus stickers on.

Rotor hats will be black. I was also looking having the entire rotor zinc coated in black. I just don't know how long they will stay that way. I like the looks of Red calipers on 911s, Z06s, Ferraris, and so on. If I polish them I will clear coat them as well. I was even considering doinf the calipers blue. Either way I will also be putting the LEXUS stickers on them.
