I am 6'2" and rub a little with a tall hat like a floppy or a cowboy. I rarely find cars that fit me.

Thats like saying the SC is a lightweight sports car, the **** is heavy compared to everything except trucks and SUVs. Even the american muscle (solid steel) cars weigh less then the SC. Im 6'2"ish and I have absolutely no headroom at all.....my hair constantly rubs the head linear (never been a problem in my grand prix, integra, civic, accord, TL, or E-150). Don't listen to the crack smokers, the headroom is cramped in the SC....again, assuming you actually sit anywhere near semi-upright. BTW, I personally plan on getting seats that sit lower to the ground to fix this problem.....the S2k seats were about the right height, but looked too cheap/skinny for the SC. Also, the SC did come without a sunroof, although there were ~100 of them made and they are very very hard to find.
Yeaaaa, here we go again. I'm 6'4 245lbs I have not trouble, I have the very back part of the bottom seat all the way down, the front part of the bottom seat up, and the backrest of the seat in a very normal position, Not "Ghetto Style" but slightly reclined. Now, no-one can sit behind me, but then again the back seats are more like a leather lined shelf.

Integra's, TL, Accords, Grand prix, and Civics, All front wheel drive cars....no transmission going between the seats. Lots 'o' leg room up front.

Also....Dude, you compared a E-150 next to a SC. My Acura MDX has way more head room too....It should...Its a Freaking Van!!!!!!

I prefer a very upright seating position.

In my SC w/ sunroof (would have loved to have a non-sunroof car, but they're very rare) my head brushes the headliner. It's a bit annoying, so I'll probably be changing something. My choices seem to be:
1) lean the seat more
2) Nagisa Auto super low seat rails
3) lowered seat rails and aftermarket seat

I think I'll do some research some day and see if the super low seat rails are fully compatible w/ the power factory seats.... if so, I'll probably order up some and try them out.

ymmv
The Nagisa Auto super low seat rails are only compatible with full bucket racing seats. They will definitely give at least 2" of headroom, but you need a bucket seat to use them.

Bride also may have some seat rails that will work with an aftermarket reclinable.

I'm tall too and would love more headroom, but I couldnt stand getting rid of the plush factory seating. Unfortunately, modifying the factory sliders is a bit too risky. I still fit well in my car, but then again i'm 6' and not 6'4"
