are you going to have a turbokit or just NOS or nothing at all in your forseeable future?
if yes to the turbo; i'd get a manual tranny... the 5-speed is easier to swap over
if just NOS you should be fine with an auto; so you can just get a TC and be fine...
if nothing at all; i'd just get a TC

Yes, I would like to go turbo sometimes next year.
What do you think . how hard it is to do the swap ?
I could get a 5spd trans. for like 500$ to 700$ + pedals +master cylinder + flywheel+clurch kit +and I don't know about ECU
I think I'm going to have to use one from 1997 5spd.

You'd be in for MUCH less problems...if you sold your automatic and bought a manual.
And if you're gonna swap it, you should just go ahead and throw on a 6-speed, it would be worth it!
