Does 97 bumper sit lower???

i got in an accident a few weeks ago and now im putting on the 97 front bumper. my car is pretty low on the ground maybe like 2 to 3 inchs from the ground. i was jus wonder if the 97 is even going to be lower???

No it won't be (if you're car has the OEM front lip).
