I once saw someone with snowboard rack that attached to his window. The clamps for the rack basically straddled the window - one on the inside and one on the outside, so you basically have a snowboard strapped to the outside of your passenger side window - parallel to the ground. Anyone know what I am talking about?

I think you meant parallel to the window. Spoilers are parallel to the ground.

i have a 161cm board and it slides in snuggly between the passenger seat and the center console, just gotta watch the metal part of the board so it doesnt cut/damage the seats. I wrap the edge in paper towels, haha.
