No, Im not asking about ACID. Does anyone know where to get a LSD rearend for a 92 SC400. Can I go to Toyota direct? Or will a Supra work?

I put a '98 SupraTT LSD on my '92 SC400. The only change I had to make was swapping the drive shaft connector with my old one. The bolt pattern for the SupraTT connector is on a slightly larger diametre. There is only one nut you have to take off to make the swap but you will need a large deep socket metric wrench (size?).

I found the used LSD on www.thepartstrader.com.

My Lexus dealer quoted me $1500 US for a new LSD that is sold on Japanese Soarers.

 

HOw much did it cost for the supra lsd. doyou know the ratio differance between the lexus and the supra.
