Default headlights keep fogging up.

hey people.
i've been trying to figure this out, but i dont know how to get rid of this.
the headlights get water in it, and the water keeps evaporating, causing the headlights to get fogged.
if u dont understand what i'm saying, here's how the headlights look.

how do i clean this?
and what do i do to prevent this from happening again?

your headlights are leaking, take them off clean up the inside reseal them and reinstall. You can even paint the inside of your headlight housing black while you are at it.

is that a rock chip on your hood? dang...that's pretty big...

if you take it apart to clean it, etc....just make sure you seal it back up really well, then this won't happen again

You are all wrong.

It's the little snorkel in the back. It has to be on and facing a certain way or the headlight will fog.

big doodoo man haha, yeah just check for any cracks you may find on the housing of your headlight, the silicone seal may be good all around, but check the housings...

I have fixed 2 of my headlights this way...

1) Allow to dry out...

2) Spray water on headlight on a hot day and pay attention to where the headlight begins to fog first.

3) Allow to dry out again

4) Seal that area with clear silicone caulk.

No more fogging....

In my case, I didn't even have to remove the headlight as my air leak was along the top grove - just behind the rubber seal.
