sc300 buying help ?

Hey guys in process of buying 92 sc300.
Just wondering how you tell if speedo has been played with and if there is any thing in particular I should be looking out for ?
All help is truely appreciated.

The speedo can only be changed my a Lexus dealer.

And do a search for what to look for, there have been literally a million other people ask the same questions as you.
