Default do you prefer my old rims?

I've been wanting to get new rims. What do you think....should i get new rims (classic 5 star look) or keep the mesh wheels (18' Boyds wrapped in kumhos)? I have been debating about this for a long time.

How wide are your rims? can you fit 275s in back np?

If it's not looking new enough for you, maybe simply powercoating the face black or gunmetal will stave off your bordom...

Here's a set of SSR/SSW SP1's with a black face on a white MKIV... pretty sexy IMHO.

you need to slam your car.. and then i think your current rims would like fine.
but if you don't want to go that route.. i think 19s would be better.

^^^ What he said. I guess it just needs a little lowering.

Yep. At least an inch down will do wonders. More if the tires will let you.

Well, you've narrowed it down to my two favorite wheel types for the SC.

Personally, I'd stay with the mesh, but the decision that's right for you depends on what image you'd like your car to project.

I think the mesh wheel is an excelent choice if you're going for the luxo-sports car look. The 5-spoke works better for the racer look. Other wheels would probably work better for a ultra-modern/futuristic look (maybe not the right car for that) or the totally pimped out look.

Just my 2 cents.

The BC Forged looks good to me. Kinda small but a drop will fix that. I've been looking at the BC line. I like em.
