Unhappy sold my car

Guys,

After all the time, effort, and money that went into my car I have decided to let her go. New engine, well actually, pretty much new everything and now the car is finally running and looking great.

Had the rear bumper repainted, stereo rewired and many other new things. Runs like a champ now, looks and sounds awesome.

I have no idea what to get. I just got a German Shepherd and he is huge so I don't think another SC for right now. Also, my sons car seat makes it too cramped.

I would love a GS but I don't have the $$$ right now so I may end up getting a beater until I can afford another Lex.

What do you guys think?
Jonny

Yes I would love to. But a 70lb dog and 18 month old son, my girl, and I are a little too much for the SC400!!! But yeah, I would love to keep it now everything is fixed on it.

Joey,

It may be a little while before I have the $$$ but I will def. hit up your dad,

Peace,
Jonny

I dont know man, the hit you'll take when you sell the GS, plus the hit you'll take buying the beater at an inflated price, plus the hit you'll take when you try to sell the beater and it'll take forever to get rid of it, PLUS the rediculously inflated price of another lexus, you would definitely be ahead of the game to simply keep the lexus you have now and rough it out, hard as it may be. I'd drink tap water and eat ramen noodles for a month if i had to.

keep the SC for a while man. How often do you have the dog, your son, and your girl all in the car at the same time? Having a 4 year old myself I'd never suggest transporting a child in a beater. Not with these idiots on the road. Keep the SC for a while until something better comes up

Lol he's already had a huge hassle with his Lex. I dont think he would want an Audi, which is just as costly and things break down all the time.

Guys,

I appreciate everyones input and advice - but after talking it over with my better half, we decided that it is time to move on from that car. Unfortunately a 2-door isn't practical right now for us as a family. I am taking a deposit on the car tonight.

HOWEVER!! As soon as finances are sorted, I will be getting another SC400. I will be leaving you guys, but not for long! With the help of Gazi I will buy a good fixer-upper and rejoin the fam.

I am looking at either an LS400(92) or a GS300 (93) right now, or else I will get an Expedition

Input is always appreciated and advice is always welcomed.

regards mes amis,

Jonny

Dogs love trucks.

Maybe a 4-runner or Landcruiser?
