Default Thoughts, these wheels on a Black SC4?

Info

They go for about a grand with tires?

Also, what is a ball park price for Chrome IS wheels in good condition, I think I asked before, but I don't remember.... I know they don't allow you to put anything inthe classifieds without a price.

They look exactly like SSR's GT3...I'm with VS on this one, 7.5 is narrow...Also I heard bad reviews about wheel max...

If your on a certain budget, why don't you try Supra TT wheels..They are cost effective and functional (staggered) at the same time..Polsihed TT wheels go for about 450 with tires at Supraforums.com..

please get a wider wheel with a proper offset- nothing hurts me more than seeing people spend money on wheels that just don't fit right

IF they came wide and with proper offsets then I would

Try the AZA's. They come in staggered widths, 8.5" & 9.5". Just ask them what offsets they come in as that is just as important as width. You don't want them tucked in too far or sticking out past the fender now do you?

True, I don't care if it's a lexus or a BMW or a Mercedes, it's a 12 year old car with 150k miles and a KBB of under 8,000....

Spending 25% of the cars worth on wheels/ tires makes anyone an idiot no matter what brand of car it is...

You don't have to spend 4k on wheels for it to be quality wheels that fit your car nicely...Theres always alternate sources for good brand wheels for a decent price..Tirerack.com has a variety of wheels at great prices and quality...I'm surpised that Moda, Mille Miglia or the new ASA brand from TR hasn't caught on too much with the SC crowd..They have nice clean designs, some with nice lips (For example: Streetkings new SC4) that cost a tad below 2k brand new with tires...Just be patient and look around..I'm sure something would pop up thats around your budget...

For example here:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=149106

Even if they are not brand new, they are still nice quality wheels for under 1k...So the point being is that you don't have to settle for low quality wheels especially from wheelmax...Look and look some more..

my 20x10 hre have just as little lip (1.5 inch in rear), i guess it was b/c of the conservative offset..

edit: for the guy asking about the wheels, if you budget is limited, i would just go with like some stock gs rims or stock tt rims.. only go aftermarket if your prepared to spend around 2k-4k and not for knock offs/imitations/whatever you want to call it. your car can still look really clean with stock wheels just keep body stock and slam it.
