We know...but we still like you lol.

And yeah, **** Jose has one of the cleanest SC's I've seen (hence his screen name). I too am a clean freak when it comes to my car, which is why no pictures of my SC exist on CL...I never think it's clean enough!!!

Jose or wmulli, where can I get the Momo e-brake handles for a decent price? Holla back.

Haha and you ain't seen NUTHIN yet.

The MOMO handle oh man... where did I get mine? It was either fleabay or some online ricer shop. I basically just search to see who has the cheapest delivered price and go with them.

Don't know if they're the cheapest (probably not!), but I got mine from AutoToys

MOMOC1 MOMO C1 E-BRAKE BOOT (FOR MOMO PITSTOP BRAKE HANDLES) 1 $37.95

MOMOEBRAKEPITSTOPCOLOR-5 MOMO PIT STOP E-BRAKE HANDLE (PARKING BRAKE HANDLE UPGRADE) 1 $67.98 Type - Wood

The Momo handle fits well, but getting the stock handle off is a b*&%h! (unless you don't care about saving it )

So $68 for the nice wood one huh? Makes me wonder if I even want to keep wood in my car. Hmm. As far as salvaging the stock handle, it's worthless and discolored...it bothers me greatly. It MUST go. I don't care if it's broken into a million pieces once it's off, as long as it's off, lol. Thanks.

Jose, what haven't I seen yet??? Now you have me curoius Whatcha got??

On a side note, Phuong (SC400Dude) and I went to the LA Auto show a week or so ago and I saw "your" rims in person for the first time. I liked them alot, forget which car they were on but Phuong pointed them out to me and told me they're the ones you have (except they weren't in your desired color of gunmetal) looked pretty dayum sweet though yay yay!

WOW...you really live up to your name CleanSC! That interior is sharp! I am going to flush mount a Navman iCN 510 GPS in my dash and then I'll take a few pics myself.

As for the looks, most parts are new, added or replaced. Steering wheel and airbag are new, wood was refinished to gunmetal as was the center console. AC unit and radio are from a 97 and I retroed cold cathodes and blue leds into the AC unit and LEDs in the stereo. Cluster by LLS. Custom black leather shift boot and ebrake boot with silver stitching match the shift ****. Black and chrome ties the shift **** and ebrake to the steering wheel.

Carpet from a '99 SC, new leather seats, new door panels, new floor mats.

All work was done by myself minus the cluster done by LLS. I only installed it. I've never been to the dealer for service and I never will. They don't do anything I can't do myself or elsewhere except overcharge.

It's not cheap or easy, but the right touches make for a nice result. The goal here is for the car to pass as brand new mint condition and it does.

It's a Lexus, it deserves nothing less.

Hey~ thanks for all that info.
A few more questions though...

1. How much did you pay for the wheel. and How much did you pay for the airbag? So you got the wheel from CAMRY SE, .. and the airbag portion from RX300? Did you install that yourself? Is it hard to do?

2. Gunmetal paint - how was this done? I just finished painting my room.. and realized what a terrible painter i am.. lol

By far, thats the best interior setup...
I'm still in shock that its a '92!!!

Hey CleanSC,

Is that a TRD sterring wheel or one off a celica? Do they need any modifications or do they bolt right on?

All Toyota and Lexus wheels fit...up to 2005...the issue is the applicable airbags..
My understanding is that NO airbagas after 2001 will activate properly and clip in
due to the staging of the bags...If not mistaken 1 stage versus 2 stage...
