Question TCC problems?

I think have problem with torque clutch converter in my automatic transmission. It do not engage I think. Symptoms:
when crusing at about 60 MPH with steady speed and tap soft on the brake pedal (still holding gas pedal) RPMs stay same do not rise... I think when you tap on the brakes TTC should disangage and RPM should rise about 200-300 RPMs. Is that correct? (that was in automatic vette, not sure about lexus)
Someone can help?
there is no any trouble code...
thanks

At least you don't seem to have the dreaded, "Hesitation Problem". The only problem you'll have is a little worse gas mileage.

JTJerryls400--your correct, when you tap the brake, the lockup converter should unlock.. but there are certain conditions when it will not lock up--like when your car has not warmed up enough.. it is controled by a solonoid on the trans, and it would be easy to check to see if voltage is going to solonoid.. .

today I checked it again. In ECT power mode it do not lock up so easy but in normal mode (non ect pwr) it looks as it work. I was worry cause most time drive in ect power mode. When switch to normal all seems work correct. Must check it in longer trip on highway.
thanks
Jerry
