Default tilt wheel fix

Well Ladys and Gentelmen, I want to thank OLT and space man, and the rest of you for showing me the how to fix for the tilt.. unreal! those bastars at lexus wanted 600.00 and told me it was the tilt motor. got the washers from home depote .75 cents. took me 15 min to fix it. great artical with pictures on the thread .. thanks again, oh btw, I took my car in to lexus 3 weeks ago.. told them my a/c lights didnt work , rpm indicator, and mph indicator was on the blink. tilt wheel didnt work , and I had a vibration from the rear.. they gave me an estimate on paper .just for parts.. $8200.00 and change.. bunch of fudgers they are!!!! .. got a new intrument cluster for $260.00 off of ebay, put it in works great, used OLT fix thread for my tilt. so already I have saved $3000.00 now all i need is a rack and pinion and two lower control arms with bushings. maybe a differential lol.. but hey .. this is the place to be .. right here in these forms.. a wealth of knowledge here.. thanks again.

Although somewhat sarcastic, you will find OLT to be an awesome help on these boards. There are many others also. Glad things are getting fixed a little more inexpensively than Lexus quoted,

Peace,

Jonny

What's the condition of the arms/bushes/ball joints Gazi? I plan to do my lca bushings soon but the job will cost me $250 not including new ball joints, if I can get my parts from you for $250 then I'll have another route I can consider. PM me if you prefer.
