18 inch wheels will look too small for the JIC kit. You will need at least 19s or 20s for that perfect look. Your front bumper will also look too low with the 18s even with just a one inch drop. You will get a 5 inch clearance front your bumper to the ground with 18s. And if potholes are a concern, I would've went with the 97+ upgrade instead. Your kit will eventually crack and theres no avoiding it. I just repainted mine and there's already some stress cracks from NY driving.

No, the kit will look hideous without a drop.

Good luck.

JIC without a drop on 18's wil DEFINITELY not look right. I tested it out on my own car before and it wasn't great.. there's a picture of my JIC on 18's with 40 series tires on both front and rear... 18" rims look real small with the JIC especially when its not lowered. Look and compare the 2 pictures don't my rims look alot bigger when the car is lowered? Another thing I must add is that 18's with reverse lip make the rim look alot bigger than 18's with a forward lip w/o a true 18" center.

yeah, pro kit would be enough if you use the pro kit for a supra. The supra eibachs lowers the supra at 1.2" but when installed on the SC, it lowers the SC at around 1.9'-2.1" The pro-kit made for the SC only lowers our car at around 1" and that is definitely not enough, IMO remember to use supra struts if u use supra springs tho.

I have the Konig Imagines.. go ahead and flame on me and my budget 1 grand rims, but thats all i could afford last year when i was still in high school... but just to let you know, they're as good as any $5000 set of rims.. I have these up for sale in the wheels classifieds forum right now actually.. I'm looking into getting some used 19" Volk AV3's to replace these...

I think 1200 is old story. Even carson toyota sells the kit for around 1500 last time I checked.

I went through 2 jic bumpers, both of which I destroyed. And now I have a cheaper Bomex bumper, since I KNOW that I will break this one in few months.

I hope you are really ready to go through the headache of avoiding pot holes, going up the ramp side ways, calculating your route before you leave home, etc etc, Otherwise, it's a great looking kit.

Default kit

www.wholehyper.com have the kit for 1300i think but i have a question as well i been looking to get a kit for my soon to be sc 400 ( if everything goes well) im stuck between two kits the jic magic and the vertex kit i have to admit they do look siliamr but what is the difference the vertex seems to have a bigger mouth then the jic magic but the side and rear look the same and what is the deal on the price the vertex is twice as much then the jic magic that means the vertex is better or made out of better material then the jic magic kit help me decided because i been stuck on the two for about a mouth or so
